Major Functionality

Atorvastatin is indicated as an adjunct to diet for reduction of elevated total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, apolipoprotein B and triglycerides in patients with primary hypercholesterolaemia, heterozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia or combined hyperlipidaemia when response to diet and other nonpharmacological measures are inadequate.
